From start to finish the garage was fast in replying, low deposit required to secure your car and generally nice people. Collection day didn't go smooth for us as the transfers with my bank took 5-6 hours we was sat waiting at the garage all day the staff at globe automotive went above and beyond with drinks and even paid for lunch for 3 days of us. Excellent customer service HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5* company.

I traveled all the way from Manchester and I was a bit hesitant at first but the excellent reviews I read convinced me to give them a try and I am so glad I did. It was absolutely worth it. What a brillaint company to deal with i purchased a audi q5 blind from there website onmy covered 61k didnt have full service history however that was disclosed they were so helpful with everything they managed to get me a finance partner within 24 hours the interest rate was fair because of my bad credit the process was so easy took all the stress away after the nightmare from previous vehicle i was looking to buy elsewhere anyway finnace agreed and singed i got a message to say we can bring vehicle down as we only up the road they turned up on time like promised lovely polite gentleman took a step back and let me make a desicion he gave me the keys let me take it for a teat drive on my own didnt push or argue just was so calm and even said dont worry if you dont want it there were a few minor marks and alloys were scuffed however 14 year old car i have to be reasonable its not going to be factory fresh but it was fanatastic condition inside was fresh and very clean today i popped into the office to finish paperwork they did offer to come back down however this wasny convienant for them which is absolutley fine and today i was greeted my another member of the team again true gentlemen polite calm and proffesional he gave me piece of mind over any problems offered to help out with a few bits on the car offered me tea coffee made sure i was happy gave me a bit of background and honestly im so impressed very proffesional and such a pleasure to deal with best i have dealt with so far just hope the car continues to drive like a dream money well spent well done to all the team absolute credit

I bought an Audi A1 yesterday and first saw the car at the beginning of the week and they were happy to hold the car until Friday with a small refundable deposit if the car wasn't as pictured. The dealer sent me a walk around video in detail with the car running. I travelled two hours and they were very welcoming on arrival and answered all questions I had. They were very responsive at answering what's app messages with queries leading up to the sale. I walked away with a lovely Audi A1 and have a very happy daughter
