Do I have to book a test drive?
No, you don't need to make an appointment. You can come anytime during our normal hours to test drive any vehicle.
Do you buy private cars for cash?
Yes, we are always interested in buying good quality, well-maintained, and desirable vehicles.
What documents do I need to bring for my old car?
When you hand over your part exchange, you should at least provide the vehicle's V5C logbook and its current MOT. Any service history, receipts, previous MOTs, book packs, and spare keys would also be appreciated.
Will you accept any vehicle as a part exchange?
Yes, we accept any vehicle for part exchange, regardless of age or condition. Currently, we offer a minimum part exchange allowance of £100, provided the vehicle has at least one month of MOT remaining and is HPi clear.
What happens if I have a problem after taking ownership of my new car?
If your vehicle needs repairs under the warranty, Globe Automotive will handle and pay for the repairs, then recover costs from the warranty provider. If you prefer a local garage, that's fine as long as the garage is VAT registered and gets approval before doing the work.
What warranties will come with my new car?
Your new vehicle comes with a comprehensive 3-month warranty covering mechanical and electrical parts and labor. You also have the option to extend this warranty after the 3 months.
